Zetec Inlet Manifold to 2ltr MAF Hose problem

Right I am having problems getting some decent hose to go from my inlet to my MAF sensor on a 2ltr Zetec, I know quite a few people have done this conversion now wondered if any of you have any picture of your engine bay…

Paul Baker has used Samco hose I think?

Only atm mine if a total bodge must be leaking air etc not to mention a bit of pipe is bent in half lol !

i used a erst carrier got the holes welded and added samco to the end works well . :D

do u mean from the plenium to the MAFF or from the actual inlet manifold straight to the maff??

If you mean from the plenium then you need to go to the scrappy and pick up some Mondeo inlet hoses that will fit the bigger MAFF and fit on the plenium.

If you mean from the actual inlet mainfold its self then im not sure yet as im trying to do this at the mo.

Have a look on burton powers website, they do silicone hoses and reducers. Prices aren't too bad. As said above I have got the turbo crossover pipe connected to the MAF sensor via a silicone reducer, same to the throttle body.
