my rs1800 MAF sensor has broke on my car is there any advange changing it for a 2litre mondeo one?

The housing is bigger but make sure you use the same part number sensor, not sure if the 2.0 sensor will work?

The simple answer is no.

A different MAF will give out a different voltage for the same air flow and result in fuelling and spark timing problems.
