Hi there m8 i know first hand how frustrating it is to have the new lump all transplanted in and hitting a brick wall with some problem or other- been there before now with my rs1800-st170 conversion! :x  (Got there in the end though... :Q )

While I know my conversion is different to yours, there are similarities in that you are putting puma wiring into a fezzer whereas i put focus wiring into mine.

The way I went about it was to order a ford "TIS" cd from Ebay- they're about £2 and they show you EVERY wiring diagram, what EVERY connector does so you can splice the new loom in perfectly and get rid of all the bits you don't need at the same time, make sure you got a new printer cartridge though- I printed off about 1000 pages when I did mine!

Sorry I can't be of more help (I reckon i would be with the car in front of me tho  )
