Hi
wats the difference between the zetec-s beam and a standard mk4 or 5 rear beam. also wats the difference from a mk3 beam.

I only can talk about the diferences about the FRST beam and the zetec-s.

The zetec-s wheights alot more!!! :lol:
You can see that it's struture is stiffer and it has the right reinforcements in the right places.

With the both beams on the ground, if you pickup the FRST one by one brake drum, you'll see that by only it's wheight it bends. The zetec-s even beeing heavier, doesn't bend like the FRST.

Change it mate... even if you only want going straight better handling.

You have to fit the Mk5 rear brake drums with hubs if I read another post like this right, because the holes are in a different place.

Yeap. Also I kept the std FRST handbrake cable.

This is one of the best handling mods for the FRST :D
