Turbo, throttle bodies, the now common 1.7 conversion, 2.0 conversion.

Nothing will get you far past 115hp with those mods.

Turbo - That would take it up to about 140
Throttle Bodys - They should see 150
1.7 - Standard is about 122

So Id say you should see past 115 quite easily:)

I'm not scared of "tinkering" how easy is the 2ltr conversion in these? And what engine? I'm assuming not as simple as a mk3?

what a load of crap, seen 118bhp from exhaust and air filter at power engineering on a zetec s,

depends if you got a good one or not,

the main thing z-s ppl are talking about lately is shawspeed
as they offer different kits ranging from
120bhp - 150bhp - 170bhp

and even going up to 210bhp wth throttle bodies,

enjoy the link

Yeah and we've seen 116hp from a standard car at Engine Advantages. Not saying that power engineering's rollers are out, but being realistic, 115hp is all you will get out of a chip, exhaust and filter. When ZSOC done the group rolling road this was sort of proved.

Throttle bodies can go up we're talking minimum power you will see.

My Zetec S has 121bhp and 121lbft with a bluefin chip, cat back magnex and pipercross panel filter.
I've also got Nos running 35bhp jets 156bhp and 174lbft!
So i would recommend Nos mate
I ran a 15.3 standing quarter at Santa pod

Forget the "happyhappyjoyjoy-gases". Sort the inlet and exhaust manifolds for better flow with decent prom and you'll see how it was ment to work.
