Zetec starter motor on BC diesel gear box?!?! - pics...

I got a Zetec starter motor (1.8 Mondeo, back mounted) that I'm about to use in my Zetec Turbo. Today got and Diesel BC box and after some trial fit an problem occured. 1 of 3 hole is not aligned!

Can I fit starter with just 2 bolts? Anyone ever used backmounted Zetec starter motor on BC box?

You need a starter from Fiesta or Escort, Mondeo uses MT 75 box and as you can see, it won´t fit. probably startermotor´s theeth won´t line up to flywheel...
