Zetec Throttle Bodies

Somewhat interested in looking into doing this for my engine, a 1.8 silvertop zetec, just wondering if there would be a great benifit and how awkward it would be to source the parts needed and fit and set up? Basicly has anyone done this? and how much would i be looking to spend?

If you pop over onto fsi, even better, go on south wales fords there is a member called Benny if i remember correctly, he has a 2 litre zetec on with zxr9 bike carbs, he done all the conversion himself, i was talking to him at Weston Super Mare a while back about it. He says its RAPID, but, it is in a stripped mk2 fiesta, which might be a little lighter than the mk3, so power to weight is a little different.

Just thought the info might help :)
