Zetec turbo advise

maybe im not looking good, or i can't find it because im dutch :P

Im trying to figure out what i need for my zetec turbo project.
It's based around a 2.0 liter zetec silvertop.
i would like to get 250 bhp from it ( 250/280 )

What do i need to get it ?

whats your budget mate? as there are quite a few differences between a 250 and 280 bhp engine as the standard rods wont take anymore than 270 and personally I would change them before that.

its not really the rods that break, its the standard rod bolts, you can take it over 300 with a set of ARP's :)

my budget.. no idea really. Im rebuilding it slowly ( 18 months or something )
So money isn't really the issue.

Can i use the standard EFi manifold from the mondeo with the normal fuel rail ?
Offcourse with green injectors or better.

Turbo, does a T25 of T34 cossie turbo do the job ?
