I know some people run saab turbos but which out of which saab and is the escort t3 turbo any good. i know i need to do alot of reading first but just hope you guys will point me in the right direction.

Not sure if you have seen this yet but either way it's definatley a good place for info!

The turbo and injectors you choose are completely based on what power you wish to obtain from the engine ! Whatever you do though spec the fuel pump and injectors quite genorously so you dont run lean and melt your engine :(

I am hoping to get somewhere near the 250bhp mark. i am going to build over the next year so i will keep throwing money at it when i get it. Just been on the area six website to get ideas on fuel pumps and injectors.

either integrale injectors or 803's and aftermarket management.... use an uprated cossie fuel pump (not a standard cossie pump) and a stage 2 T3 will see 250bhp easy
