zetec turbo cooling options?
Alright chaps just wondering really.. what sort of budget options are there for a zetec turbo..
im a bit unsure about the radiator, as i would need an intercooler and it seems the frst rad isnt as long to allow the intercooler to connect up to the turbo and intake..
also, intercooler wise for 200ish bhp i was thinking about using an rs500 type located behind the opening above the numberplate (rs bumper)
I dont want to have a cutout.. as much as i like them and big intercoolers, i can see some ideot putting there foot into it, and as said this is a bit of a budget build.
i wont be skimping where it matters, i will have a reliable engine but i still need to get my head around it all..
any help would be good thanks.

oh i had another idea of using a chargecooler instead, this could also be neatly mounted... ive seen an impreza one they dont look to bad, but i would still need another radiator.. and im not sure about the efficiency compared to an intercooler, i suppose that would depend on the radiator i used to cool the fluid?

rs500 4x4 intercooler... tbh im not to worried about piping it too much tbh.. not like them intercooler kits are expensive really so piping it shouldent be to much of a prob.. i guess all these I/Cs are good enought for about 250bhp then?
