Zetec turbo exhaust

Problem or technical question?

Zetec turbo exhaust

Postby Greyxr2 on Wed Oct 04, 2017 8:08 pm

Hi, I'm currently putting together a zetec turbo engine, I have an erst exhaust manifold with Subaru td04 turbo,
what I'm thinking to make more room for the turbo/radiator is to move the turbo over the gearbox, could I just use some 2.5" pipe with manifold flange on one end and turbo flange on the other?? Is it as simple as that?
Then re route the exhaust down pipe

Cheers
