Zetec Turbo - Manifold Fitment

Postby Rhinopower on Tue Oct 03, 2006 6:40 pm

Is there an actual guide anywhere on drilling and tapping the zetec head for fitting the t3 manifold or is it simply offer up the gasket, punch and mark the centres of each hole, and then drill and tap the holes

also info on how deep to drill etc etc would be appreciated!

for the depth, you could just measure how much thread is on the Stud that the manifold bolts to and give it a little more??
just an idea but dont hold me to it.

Go to the Engine section and read about the cylinder head. This is a post I'd expect from someone else!
