Reading this, and having seen your email on the Jim Hearne site, can I just ask why you seem to have such an arrogant attitude Mr Wightman?

I don't dispute what's been discuessed here - as far as I can see in between the arguments which have been caused by your attitude and the natural response of the other site members, there is a lot of thought-provoking information.

If you could turn the clock back and say what you have said without impatience would you be man enough to do it?

Oh yes blood pressure goes through the roof when people try to abuse people instead of asking questions to their problems, or questions to the theories I or anyone else put up, questions is how we learn, thats how I built my engine a year of solid, what if? but if?wonder why? thats good isn't it? who knows? can i find out? whens the next bus to the library? have they got a book in on it? anything similar to it used in something else? These are questions you must ask yourself before you go head long into building anything. Why not come down in your car carl.frst, it would be a shame when you got there if you thought you could have raced.

Fiar comment that last one project, I know I loose my temper pretty quick, suppose though thats what drove me to do this engine, the strong determination to do it, ask anyone I know, I don't engage in arguement unless I feel I'm confident that I'm right, I might not be and am not always, but I do need a good reason as to why what I think is wrong.
I don't wish I could turn back the clock but I would prefere if I wasn't so stubborn! Oh well, I'll try to calm down a bit. In respect to the jim hearne story that is a long one, been there done that don't wanna re-live it, I only suggested to him what he was saying about the mods he was doing were wrong not the actual modding itself. I just don't like the, yeah its fine aspect, blocking off ports that ford put there ain't good, but he couldn't give a good reason not to use the zetec head instead of cvh, spent £700 on the cvh, why notuse that dollar to do a 16v conversion? It does make sense doesn't it.

Right me0u021e, i must admit it was a bit sad of me trying to catch you out........

We have a lot of Mk1/2 bits and bobs about and could also get our hands on some of the bits you may be after to do your Mk1 so, if you are stuck for any bits give me a shout and ill see what i can do.

P.S. i still want to race you

RE: Roteries, I personally think they could be a lot better then they arem they just need more research  the car was indeed the RX-7, which has a good engine, but is very very thirsty. (rotary drawback).

They have less moving parts, so there is in theory less to go wrong (as stated in Maxp power on the issue with Gary's RX-7, who I met last time I was at the pod, top chap!)

The actual engine size is a 1300CC! tho its the equivelant to a 2.5 piston lump, Rotary run at very los compresion (I beleive) and some of the jap monster do run at silly boost 9meu345 you gonna like these )

The bottom ends are very strong, as there are no conrods, the rotor pivot on what would be the crackshaft, well I say bottom ends... there is no top end! No headgaskets either!!

As they don't have pistons hammering it up and down they run very smoothly, and as a result rev like a demon, GREAT for turbo charging!!!

I personally really like the idea, tho I think RX-7s look to much like an MX-5 (I was toying with getting one, but stuck with the Soarer instead) the engines are tiny and would fit in a fiesta engine bay!!!

HANG ON A SEC!!!!

see you at the pod LOL

At last decent conversation with intelegent people wishing to learn and give advice, my kind of people.
Cool, what spares you got cubby240? I bought a mk1, comes with 5 engines boxes bits and bobs, the shell is well mint, all cost me £200!!! Thats what I call getting a good deal!!! Oh I still wanna race you and anyone that wants to, why build a car to race if I don't race it, this ain't a shopping car I'm building.
Now onto the rotary subject, and oh baby do I love rotaries, they are the fucing mutts nuts!!!
Hmmm, less moving parts like a std 4-stroke, but lots of moving parts a 4-stroke don't have! The one fundemental drawback of the rotary engine is the seals, these are crap. Thats why it costs £££££££££ to get them fast. Once you sort the seals out you basically wind the boost up and cool the engine to fudge, thats it, soooo simple compared to a 4-pot but costs ££££££, damn.
They run smooth and rev fudgeing high because there are no reciprocating parts, wind it up and off you go.
Oh get one in a fiesta and I'll be impressed Bruster, it would be mucho de rapido!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thankyou for all realising the sunny/excursion way of inquiry isn't the way to learn, looks like they've given up on their bull$hit expeditions at last, still don't understand their mentality, basing your whole argument around yourself, when you yourself are actually bull$hit, get a life sunny and come back with a DYNO READ-OUT when you have one, being as you DON'T have one YET (this being his arguement as to why I was chatting $hit) although I answer practically any question thats put to me unlike the prementioned.

Klownmaster - Oh, and Sunny (backtracking a bit here) - stop 'taking apart' my postings and comparing them to statements me0u021e made earlier. I know you think we are the same person, but we're not.

Ok, firstly you can understand why everyone thought that you were the same person (your similar email addresses, the fact that you had a grand total posting of 1 post and also that you lied and later admitted that you didn't know me0u021e).
I will take you as two different people as I try and keep an open mind regarding what I see here. Cool!

me0u021e - you saidThankyou for all realising the sunny/excursion way of inquiry isn't the way to learn, looks like they've given up on their bull$hit expeditions at last, still don't understand their mentality, basing your whole argument around yourself, when you yourself are actually bull$hit, get a life sunny and come back with a DYNO READ-OUT when you have one, being as you DON'T have one YET (this being his arguement as to why I was chatting $hit) although I answer practically any question thats put to me unlike the prementioned.

When will you learn! - This is another classical example of you posting your poxy opinion and not taking note to my previous post. Like I said, I am not going to waste my time by re-typing it again as you never post any sense back.

Here, I'll cut and paste a couple of lines that I posted in an earlier message for you to read so that they can sink into your head :-

Its when people like Sunny start getting upset cos they might not have the fastest car anymore, and start trying to put me down that I get annoyed.

Haha - I never said I had the fastest car, you got what was coming to your because of your posts regarding putting you down! How upset am I!? Ohhhhhh Sooooo much!

when people start saying 'My Fiesta is way quicker than anything you tarts could build' we do get annoyed. Sunny seems to be infatuated with this Fiesta of his.

Never said that, if you refer back to the posts it was me0u021e that actually claimed that his was the fastest etc. - Getta life!

Maybe he's scared of losing face? He seems to be very worried about people thinking his car is fast.

Read the thread again (you lot love coming to your own assumptions don't you! - which are always proven in-accurate!), Sunny didn't backed down from any race with you (as I said I get all sorts of people saying 'My mate wants to race you this, my dads bigger than your Dad that!' - I am sick and tired of wasting my time and as if I really have anything to prove to anyone especially you of all people (nuff people from this site have seen my stuff but no one here has seen yours - point taken!?) Also, me0u021e has said that he will put his engine in a fiesta, then in a mk1 then says FWD, then RWD and then you lot say your can't afford another project in what ever car etc. We all know RWD, FWD and 4X4 cars are in their own leagues (that’s why at shoot-outs they race in different sections and leagues). I also have a RWD Porsche (not that I am showing off by posting that on here and claiming it's the fastest thing on the earth) but now you'll probably say your engine is faster than that also without realizing how modified it is and what plans I have with it!

Your rude attitude towards other people that you don't know or have met is another reason why you get put down.
Example : (taken from a email sent to JimHearne that he was posted on his ZVH resource site
Being as you were skimming the head like a baxtered did you bother to wire ring it? I doubt. - What sort of non-sense is that!? tut tut tut (the address for the page is http://www.jimhearne.co.uk/zvh.htm for those who wish to read into it further not that most people will have the time anymore).

You seem to post what ever suits you and still haven’t replied to the stack of questions people have asked you lot on this thread! (Not that I really wanna know anymore - I already know what I wanted to regarding you two - so don't bother going to all of the effort now).
I aint got the time no more! You reckon you got the quickest car/engine/spaceship/lawnmower or whatever....Good for you. You don't like my Fiesta, hey No problem it's a case of 'each to their own!' - Grow Up!

Also - Like I really need to post a Dyno sheet to prove anything to you (making demands again when remember I've proven things to people on this site where as you havn't!)

You still persist to be rude and childish about this all (some things never change and that’s why your still getting the reputation that you've got on here)
Either way, you bore me now and are bound to post non-sense and never admit your faults so last words from me to you are 'good luck with your engine anyway!'

Don’t forget, this all started when you asked what Management I used. I then replied with an answer (Pectel and even put a smiley face next to it - ) and you started making assumptions and exercised your rude and immature way of posting things on here.

Broom Broom, See ya! I actually have a life which doesn't revolve over this thread! - Sunny.

Last time i looked at this it was on page 4 i think and was dying down! then it went good again, now going all sensible. Where's all the nutters wanting to prove stuff by racing in reverse, etc    what happened to them 'pink slips'? I reckon you're all just too scared to race for the logbooks! (says secretly hoping to kick off a massive rumble again to get it onto page 10!!!      )

Meu: I thought the whole idea was to put the engine into a fez cos it would be fair then? I know u've gone out and bought all the escort bits now but hey, just wondered why u didn't.

And the email system is the same at my uni too. Fcuk havin that for a log in name on here tho!

Also i live in saaaaf-eeeeeeeeessst lundan. How far is the pod from here? i know everyone says nothhants/southhants but that means nowt to me unfortunately. Is this race gonna be for real then? let's have a list of all the definate entrants and we can all go down on a rung what u brung day. Will be brilliant if i've stopped laughin by then and not looked up in a loony asylum

OK sunny, you annoy me too much, we had established the facts of your "proof" to be equally as "prooving" as mine as your engine is also NOT finished. OK argument ended as it was a loosing battle due to the fact your arguement couldn't hold water. Don't reply to this unless you have something constructive to say as all the other stuff has been bull$hit, based on the fact your car israpid etc, yet the engine ain't in the car yet, something I said I didn't have yet, no need to lie you see.

Yes chumkila it is good we can chat now about a common interest, of modding cars, instead of futile arguements about things that don't exist yet! (on both parties, don't get heated sunny, it wasn't only directed at you).

They probably are sound project but they do try to offer information on something that they don't really know about, just pay lots of money for, well sunny, dunno about excursion.

Oh here we go again sunny, doing the same again, pick pick picking at peoples posts, I will leave some questions for you to answer at the end ok. I answered the 10+ questions posted to me b4, I said for questions to be posted in a manner such as so I can reply easily, not sifting through loads of text to find them. One correction on your statement:

Don’t forget, this all started when you asked what Management I used. I then replied with an answer (Pectel and even put a smiley face next to it - ) and you started making assumptions and exercised your rude and immature way of posting things on here.

I said you all use std management you said you didn't, then replied that you use pectel, pectel are a management system provider thus yours is found in other cars thus non-std, just chipped.

Sorry excursion I don't understand:

BUT your still a 'conquering device' sucker of the highest degree

What do you mean??? I didn't know which was better so I did a bit of that RESEARCH thing and asked someone that was bound to know pjmotorsport ok.

Festajon, I'm still up for the log book event of the year, sunny was the one that backed-out, it will kick off, he will come back with "ahmed bajoo this, martin hatland that, bob munkhouse sold me a turbo, won a bet with a fish called wanda, infact will put up as many names as posible just to make it "look like" he knows what he is on about. Don't quote the stuff, learn the stuff.

Was going to be in a fiesta until I measured the engine, the turbo system is too big to fit under the bonnet, one MAJOR draw back of my system, slots straight into a mk1 though.

Name was used asit is easy to remember, not a fashion victim you see, don't need to portray anything through my name, people could spell it correctly though, I try to spell theirs right!

I'll be there, thats a fact, got a little rich kid to race.

Gimp - This has gone on far enough. Like I said, you've made it quite clear how much of a Prat you really are.
Don't forget it was you who was being questioned not me. Typically being the ret@rd that you are, you seem to answer questions with questions.
Like I said I aint nothing to prove to a d1ck-weed student like you (you make me laugh, comming on here and chatting all this 5h1t and then expect me to tell you about my car  )!
Day by day you seem to surprise me as to how thick and retarded you can be (worst thing is I always keep thinking you can't be any more than you already are but you always seem to prove me wrong)
Go getta life, seems that klownmaster has one as he's talking sense and getting a little more respect unlike you.
Do you really get thrills out of exercising your stupidity on here (take some advice: you don't need to anymore, you've done it enough)!?
Mou3432423424 - Type what ever you must in responce to this but like I said I have a life which isn't dependant on only this thread unlike some!
I got better things to do other than make a Pr@t outta myself like you (yeah and before you say thats a matter of opinion - it's not, it's a fact - Wanna have a vote!?)
Carry on with your rubbish (as if I got time to check back at this thread again, you've made me laugh enough now, anymore and I'll die).
More non-sense to come from Mou3432423424 (watch this space).

Some of your questions made me laugh so much when I read them (your seriously killing me)
Anyway here for your benifit - I run 2:1 comp ratio with a T88 Turbo @ 9bar of boost (yes thats 9 bar not 9psi) with no lag! (799.654bhp) proven at my mates Uni!
Can you help me by finding out if you can get me a uprated bleedvalve seeing that you get parts so cheap (I am sure you got two or three of them in your engine)!?

Sunny.

So we can all take that as you will ask "your mates" what the answers are over the weekend when you visit the garage thats doing your "engine" for you. Otherwise it seems you are backing out of the heat now it looks dim that you will win. I feel that anyone who actually knows what they are talking about will agree with me, you can reel off names and components but don't have the understanding there. I've answered questions, especially after your "ANSWER QUESTIONS" interlude. You could at least show your intelligence by answering mine, at least a few.

Calling me a ret@rd isn't really very intelligent anyway now is it? Maybe we should resort to name calling, the only thing you understand, because they form as much of a basis for your arguement as your "engine" that makes your car really fast, **cough** but isn't **cough** in the car **cough** yet **cough** still being done **cough** don't even have **cough** a dyno **cough** reading **cough** that proves anything **cough** is done **cough**. Am I right in saying that?
How about you go get a life little boy, then get your car in the summer down to santa pod and get blown away repeatedly in your **cough** super **cough** fiesta **cough**, when its **cough** built **cough** as it **cough** isn't yet **cough**. Although this being your arguement as to why my "talk" is bull$hit.

Oh and 9bar on 2:1 would pink like a Bic™ motherfu(ker, don't try and make up $hit thats obviously incorrect. (think you might understand that due to the swearing and name calling you seem to use/understand.).

T88 too, that must be pretty big, why didn't you use a tri-stage turbo-charging technique?
Would take up less space and provide that amount of boost.

Only 799.654bhp (sorry though its measured in hp, anyway its torque that gets you down the strip fast), oh 3 bleed valves, yes surpose your std managament system it wouldn't cope with 9bar so 3 bleed valveswould be needed, pectel never expected anyone to run THAT much boost so didn't put it with in the range of the system would they. Dunno where you'd get one from though mate, don't touch the things only a ret@rd would, I'd advise removing it but seems anything relevent or for that matter intelligent thats put to you is "poo-pooed" unless "your mate" gives it the "all clear".

Thank-you for your time, answer questions or don't reply, made it clear I want to race you I think, no "backing out" now hey sunny. Come on, it will be a laugh, all us engine tuners and engine tuner payers racing down the strip.

Oh can I ask if that is an installed flame device on your car or whether the management couldn't cope with you shutting off, refering to your car picture?

So answer questions or pick and jibe, which ever just go ahead, either way, I NEED TO LAUGH MORE!!!

No! No! you clearly have a problem understanding english  What I said is that I aint got time to answer your pathetic questions as you really are a fool (it wasn't me that asked you the stack of questions first of all it was various others as you were the one in question regarding talking cr@p - wonder why!? ) .
You can not justify why you keep changing your mind regarding putting your engine in a fiesta or a escort or having a 2wd/fwd/rwd car (how can you even justify what category your car is in when you keep changing your mind and issuing challenges). - Knobber!
You don't know if my engine is in the car or not (still comming to your own conclusions 'tut tut tut')

To me....Your just another addition to the list of pretenders on the net!

Come on surley you are open-minded enough to not doubt my 9 bar of boost, T88 Turbo and 2:1 CR!

Oh and that pic with the flames was with my old managment not that it really matters! )

 at your continual bull5h1t!
I dedicate this thread to me0u021e proving to the rest of the world how much more of a knob he really is.
Anything you post on here now regards to me/my car will not be replied from on my account as I really don't have the time.
(I think 7 pages of your cr@p justifies that!)
Read and Understand this much - I know thats not easy for you to do.
Any non-answers to your pathetic questions doesn't mean that your right, it simply means I aint got the time to post any spec's, secrets etc to a plonker like you!
After 7 pages of continual bull5h1t from you I honestly really hope that you get your thrills from it all!

See ya!

Sunny.

BBBBBBBBRRRRRRUUUUUUUUAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Do you have any idea what 178.8mph feels like in a Fiesta? 2000 lb of pressure per square inch per second pushing back on your face. It feels like god himself is trying to rip the skin off your skull while someone lands a 747 on your chest.

Look sunny, you want to try and look like the "mature" one but really you
fail dismally, how can you shout at me and abuse me if you won't answer
questions either? Oh I forgot, your "wonderful sunny" the man that doesn't
need PROOF, and lives by a different set of rules to the ones he applies to
others, get a life and GROW UP, everyone I know thats seen this doesn't
believe your even past the age of sexual consent as your answers seem to be
written like a child would, lots of abuse, name calling, demanding proof
whan can't give any yourself, typical signs of a child.

OK sunny lets cut the cr&p, you gonna race or not? The race won't prove
$hit, the dyno reading will as the arguement is over power from a 1.8 zetec
anyway, I just want to rub it in thats all. No "smart ar$ed" answers
regarding "you are a retard, what a knob, looser" what ever you want to
call me, this is your one question you have to answer,

RACE OR NOT?

Oh and I do understand english, hence the reason we are comunicationg now,
"not having time" is a pathetic answer and this has lead me to believe that
your "just another addition to the list of pretenders on the net!" as you
have as much proof as me regarding this subject.

Oh and can you read english, as you will see I didn't doubt your 2:1CR T88
9bar engine, I merely pointed some points that might make it better.

If the engine is in the car then where is the dyno reading? That would
prove its place in the world.

>From you not answering doesn't mean I'm right regarding anything but the
fact that you don't know anything but "names and components"

See you at the pod sunny

Oh, I'll repeat, no "smarty smarty kiddy" answers again, one question was
asked (as 36 is above 3 so you "didn't understand", one word answer is
required, yes or no.

Regarding the fwd/rwd/2wd/4wd etc thing, as I said previously, (you would
know if you had read posts, that a fiesta was too small to put engine in
"one of the downfalls of my engine", the engine is going in to a mk1
escort, others want to race too, believe there was a cossie, transit v*n
etc, but tell you what, I might start facing the wrong way for you, would
that be easier?

Oh yeah, gonna put a years work down the drain by showing you how to do it! GOOD ONE! Look, get some books, read them, relate the subject to what you want to do, its not hard once you have the jist of whats going on, its just realising how to do it. All I'll tell you is the fact that its not just a new ecu we've made its a WHOLE system, from sensors to controllers to actuators, the lot was changed so we could do it, make the stuff within OUR range instead of trying to force FORD components to do PERFORMANCE operations.
