can anyone tell me exactly what has to be done to the frst inlet manifold to make it fit a 1.8 zetec. also which pins have to be changed on the ecu to run a zetec turbo

I dont think you can do it that way. From what I have read on here you have to replace the entire engine and ECU + Loom from a donor car.

You will need an Inlet Manifold Adaptor plate. Ian Howell (Fiesta Frenzy) supplies these. His contact can be found at http://www.zetecturbo.com

I take it you already have an FRST?? If so, i'd use the FRST ECU.
