ZT Flywheel Sensor Question

Right looking at getting the RS1800 engine out and the 2.1 in this bank holiday but got a question that is just nigaling at me i'm going to use the RS1800 flywheel will the crank sensor form the RS1800 be fine to swap over as been reading i need the manual one or something so just wanted to check as would like to get it right the first time dont fancy taking gearbox off to fix.

The RS1800 one should be fine, using the RS1800 CPS housing :) (As I'm sure you've gathered as you mention not wanting to remove the gearbox to fix :) )

There's a lot of confusion I think about zetecs, flywheels and crank sensors. All you have to remember is there is a matching flywheel/crank sensor/crank sensor bracket package - whichever that may be (usually just 1.6/1.8 and 2.0 variations). :D
