zvh conversion

what is so good about the zvh conversion?im not calling it or anything but it gets talked about alot.ive got parts for the zvh and the cvh and the zetec not sure which one to turbo im after torque some thing thats not that expensive ands its got to be reliable and easy to buld.im a mechanic so doing conversion is not a problem but i drive my car every day and its an xr2i cvh by the way.so dont want it off the rd for long as i need the car.then again there is weekend as i dont work them :D

ZVH has bags of low down torque but doesnt hold power at the top end.

I prefer the CVH as the max torque is higher up the rev range meaning its far kinder to the transmission.

Hi the zetec engine is more reliable and also the crank jernals are bigger and dont go wrong, i.e holding oil pressure. :D
