zvh conversions

thinking about doing the zvh conversion on the 1800 zetec silver top.

what water pump do i use ?
what cambelt tensioner do i use.?
what head bolts do i use and do i need to change the std tumbler washers that come with the std head?

how long are the zetec head bolts in mm,and how long are the cvh head bolts in mm,.

and lastly what cambelt do i use.the std one?or some thing else.
