ZVH Turbo
I've been trying to find info about building a ZVH Turbo, but I'm yet to come across a definitive guide or photos, probably there somewhere maybe the best one should be made a sticky!
Basically I have a 1.8 ZVH, the bottom end is buggered so I'm getting it replaced, BUT, I need to know what needs to be prepped on the Zetec bottom end, I know I have the original, but would rather be sure whats being done is 100% correct!
Also, I'm not sure how to progress, its been a while since I'bve played with an FRST, currently I'm working on the idea of..
Currently have..
T3/2/Hybrid turbo of some description
Large Pace Intercooler
uprated fuel pump
Stainless Exhaust
Need
Biege Injectors (Am I right in thinking these are more or less maxed out at 220bhp? would it be worth goin for Dark Greens?)
Custom Chip
Group A Gaskets
Cam and vernier pulley
Air Filter (Just realised I dont have one!)
Denso IK27 Plugs
KVM40 HT Leads
Probably forgetting loads!
Any recommendations, experiences.....
Please dont shout at me!
