the zetec bottom end requires drilling and tapping oil pathways filling and breather ports blocked up.
hoels drilled for oil returns and breather etc etc
it is by no means a strap on job

You'll need the FRST inlet, ECU, injectors etc, plus a suitable turbo.
If you have an Si you'll need to buy the FRST head as well. Which makes the ZVH conversion more expensive than a Full 16v...

- Your car: ..? Pretty car..!
Car: 2010 Ford Focus RS
Yep - youll definitely want a T3. The zetec bottom end is better equipped to deal with the extra power and boost given by the turbo.
I'm after doing the same thing myself, although I'm probably going to get ML developments to do it (if I can ever get hold of them on the phone!).
I've currently got an 1.8 Zetec bottom end with flywheel all from an XR2i 16v. I'm going to have to get new oil sprays in it (the same as used in the RS1800 bottom end) and then get ML developments to work their magic with lowering the compression ratio, putting an AP clutch on it (not sure whether to go for a race or fast road clutch) and put a T3 on it running about 1Bar of boost. ML developments reckon this little lot will give you a reliable 210bhp (depending on how much head work you have done and how your car is managed).
Cheers,
Andy
