I appoligise if this has been put up loadsa times b4 but i jst cant seem 2 find it on the search :x

Basically i got an xr2 and wannit 2 kno everything i need for a zvh conversion and its benefits e.g. power increases if any. I kno i should be looking for a xr2i 16v bottom end or summit but that all. So any help peeps :-?
