The weather stayed warm and sunny all day and cars gradually filled the park as the morning progressed. A couple of trade stands but the general feeling was that a few more would have been nice as most people had money burning holes in their pockets, desperate for shiny goods.
FITP was the first public showing of a couple of new mods including the new turbo lump in Dave's Carisma trimmed stunner and the 18" RSR's and race interior in Adrian's Turbo. Colourworx pearl yellow RST was present, as seen at Doncaster, with the sun bringing out the flip in the paint nicely, and Gavin's red Turbo looking as clean and shiny as ever.
All in all a top day out and a good chance to put faces and cars to the names of quite a few board regulars.
